Espérant Mwishamali Lukobo is an independent researcher from the Democratic Republic of Congo. He holds a masters in Criminology from the University of Lubumbashi. His field of research is mainly the governance of the mining sector and particularly the artisanal mining sector. He is part of the team of researchers working on the Driving Change project on the participation of small-scale producers in the transnational regulation of cobalt and 3TG mineral supply chains in the Democratic Republic of Congo and particularly in Lualaba province.
